Our Process
Cynthia and her team guide their clients throughout the process of design and continue close communication and collaboration throughout the project's development to completion.
All projects begin with an in depth meeting to discuss hopes, dreams and goals for how the spaces will be enjoyed. Ultimately, it is also important to understand what the budget might be and whether it is aligned with the wish list for the project.At this point, a contract for design will be tendered.
The design is the road map for the project and is a creative endeavor which takes time, expertise and collaboration from both the design team and the clients. By the end of the design process everyone is excited to proceed to the build.
Installation is well planned, implemented and communicated with structured regularly scheduled client meetings. Cynthia takes pride in having developed lasting relationships with her craftspersons. This results in a team approach on every project which ensures that the project quality is excellent and the experience for Cynthia's clients is exceptional.
